this new posting is serious havoc...Obstetric and Gynaecology is Chaos!..but its full of exhilarating emergencies....little to read..little to learn but everything is so important and the moment u make a mistake.....you could loose two lives....its not for the slow paced...entering the labour room one must be prepared to move in speed or you will just be pushed aside or even howled at to leave the room...exactly what i needed after Internal Medicine....delivering the 10 babies was an experience that will always remind me of how i truly love this field..i might not be an ObGyn specialist in the future but i do love it......its already the 7th week yet i dun get enough of it...will i???? lets see how paeds n surgery will favor to me...still early to decide
